Return and Refund Policy

Exchanges will only be made if the product contains factory damage, and must contain the labels and in the packaging in which it was received.

The deadline for exchanges is 5 days after you made the purchase, otherwise, you will lose the right to claim.

If the days have not elapsed and you require an exchange due to factory damage, you must send an email to the address support@alphamedicalstore.com, explaining the situation and attaching the receipt of the purchase.

In case you require a refund of money, no refunds are made, product changes are made for the same amount of the purchase or higher and the customer pays the difference.
